Rhys Grant Construction Ltd was incorporated in 2009, although Rhys and many of his team have been in the construction business for over 20 years. With this length of experience you can be confident that whether your project is a simple repair or a complex engineered development, the expertise is there to achieve an excellent outcome.

There could be a dozen different trades involved in your job.... drain layers, block layers, bricklayers, concrete placers and finishers, plumbers, painters, roofers, glaziers, joiners, plasterers, tilers, cabinet makers, kitchen makers, electricians, audio-visual experts, concrete layers etc... be reassured that Rhys Grant Construction will only use those qualified, experienced, reliable subcontractors who have proved their worth over the years.

Peace of Mind

Any project that involves the integrity of the building (e.g. foundations, floors, load bearing walls etc) or weathertightness (e.g. cladding, roofing, penetrations etc) must be carried out by a Licensed Builder.  Rhys Grant Construction Ltd with a Site 2 licence, is licensed to carry out any of this work.

Every project over the value of $20,000 is now required by law to have a Contract between the house owner and builder. These are available through Certified Builders so your job can be organised on a charge-up basis with rates set in advance so there are no surprises, or a quoted price if your project is straight forward.

Insurance is important for your peace of mind. Rhys Grant Construction Ltd has Public Liability Insurance ($2m) and the Homefirst 10 Year Guarantee, the most comprehensive guarantee there is, is available through Certified Builders.
