Our focus is on crafting better performing homes throughout the Waikato and beyond. We work on a range of projects, from new builds to renovations and we have some exciting projects in the pipeline. The role
We are currently seeking a Qualified Builder or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice. You will be working closely with the Director and Lead Builder to help drive a range of exciting projects. You will enjoy working in a tight crew with a strong work ethic, you will need to be extremely motivated and will be naturally intuitive. You will have a passion for high-end carpentry, be interpersonal, a great team player, who has great communication skills.

What you need to succeed

  • Qualified Builder or Experience 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice
  • Must have at least 3 years experience within the construction industry, renovation experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Own personal toolkit.
  • Have high attention to detail and a passion for carpentry.
  • Ability in reading and understanding plans.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Able to work confidently on your own or within a team
  • Be well organised with good time management.
  • A good attitude with a good work ethic. The ability to use initiative, but also understands when it's appropriate to ask for help.
  • Above all, you must be self driven and have the desire to be successful whatever challenges arise.
